Erectile dysfunction tablets

This service applies to the private supply of Sildenafil and Tadalafil for the management of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult males. Erectile dysfunction is the persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. This service provides assessment and treatment under a private, patient-choice framework, outside NHS provision but consistent with SmPC, BNF, and NICE guidance. 2. Objectves of Care • To improve erectile function and quality of life for men diagnosed with erectile dysfunction. • To provide safe, evidence-based access to phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors within a private clinical setting. • To ensure careful screening for cardiovascular risk factors and contraindications prior to prescribing. • To promote patient understanding of treatment expectations, dosing, and potential adverse effects. • To identify underlying or secondary causes requiring further medical evaluation. 3. Inclusion Criteria • Adult men aged 18 years and over presenting with symptoms of erectile dysfunction. • Individuals requesting treatment for ED following assessment of medical history and medication review. • Patients who are able to provide informed consent and understand treatment limitations. • Individuals in stable relationships where sexual activity is not contraindicated by health status.
